The Treatment Process
Essentially, each day you will wear the aligners for a specificized amount of time, usually somewhere between 20 and 22 hours. After about two weeks of this, you will need to move on to the next set in the series and continue this process until your teeth are even! This could take as little as a year for some patients. The removable nature of the aligners means that you brush and floss with ease, and that you don’t have to avoid eating hard, chewy, or sticky foods. You can also take them out for special occasions, and they’re easy to clean too!
